Since there are three mods to this message board, I wanted to lay a little ground rules about what to do as far as membership and admin responsibilities.
No banning members. Unless I'm out of town and they're breaking the rules constantly and not listening to anything you say, then that's an exceptional case. But I want to be the one in charge of who's banned and who can post.
Second, no changing the look of the forum unless I request it while out of town.
Third, if a member is acting up, do not warn right there in the thread. Send a private message. Give a warning and a consequence. If there's no response or change in behavior, then send a SECOND warning PM. And if there is STILL no answer or response, then edit the posts and temporarily suspend.
